Judge Frank Jones was born and raised in Wilmington, where family, church, Boy Scouts, coaches, teachers, work, and community shaped the values he still carries with him: discipline, respect, personal accountability, integrity, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Those values guided his 33 years as a trial attorney and continue to guide his service as Superior Court Judge.
